How to have healthy hair ??
So, I am a hair freak. I love my hair, so hopefully I can give you some advice. Try using a lot of conditioner after shampooing. I know that the conditioner from hair dye works great, I'm not sure if they sell it seperately though. Use a shampoo and conditioner that is made to moisturize hair, it usually says it on the bottle or one that is for color treated hair because the chemicals in the hair dye is the same that is in pool water. Or try hot oil for the hair. It is located in the hair aisle as well. If you're on a tight budget, try putting mayonnaise in your hair let it soak in for like five minutes, then wash it out with shampo. I've done that before. Another alternative is a leave in conditioner that you can put in your hair and leave in all day and put in your hair after swimming. Good Luck!!!

deep condition your hair and don't wash it everyday and try to keep your hair out of the chlorine

i don't think the caps really help
yes you'll turn dark if you swim everyday, the swim team at my school turns very dark once swim season starts
you might just naturally have frizzy hair
you should try those anti-frizzy hair products

Don't ever go to swimming without wearing the rubber hat hair protecting thing (i don't know what it's called). Go to saloon and seek for help is the best way. Doing treatment is the best way. There's a few DIY ways too. Put olive oil or yogurt on your hair, leave it for 10 mins and massage. I was facing the same problem too, that's why I stop swimming, haha! I treat my hair well. Try running!
