NEVER tweeze them. You can dye them just like your hair, but be careful NOT TO GET THE DYE IN OR NEAR YOUR EYES. Better to have them done professionally. Or use the brush on hair dye - so you can control it better. AND when rinsing it off do it upside down so it doesn't run in your eyes.
