I think you should get red or red and blonde streaks in it. After all you are asian. Asian girls look gorgeous with streaks in their hair. But you might want to keep some black in there.

I think that if you want to change the color of your hair you should get reddish-brown highlights. But, I really think that you shouldn't die your hair, it really messes up your hair and it takes a long time to grow out.
